Our showroom is located in Brussels, Belgium (50 Tabellion street, 1050, Ixelles). You can stop by the showroom by making an appointment. Appointments are open from Monday to Friday, from 10:30 am to 05:30 pm (04:30 pm on Fridays). We open the Showroom without appointments 5 days a month.

CAN I EXCHANGE AN ORDERED ITEM?

You have 14 days after delivery of your purchase order to exchange a piece for another one, ask for store credit or a reimbursement.

HOW CAN I USE A DISCOUNT COUPON OR A PROMO CODE?

An icon called ‘Discount coupon’ or ‘Promo code’ will show up at the time of the payment. Simply click on the appropriate box and enter your promo code. Your 'Discount coupon' or 'Promo code' will be directly deducted.

Delivery costs for the rest of the world vary between 10 € and 35€.

To modify any information on your account, you just have to connect with your identification and go on the menu to ‘My account’. If you click on ‘account information’ you have access to all information concerning your account and you are free to modify.
